Ingredients
- 1¾ oz · 52.5 mlmezcal
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh carrot juice
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlcinnamon syrup
- 2 dashesorange bitters
- salt and pink peppercorn rim
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into coupe or Nick and Nora that’s rimmed with salt and pink peppercorn.
