About
This cocktail was created by Scott Gardner (@gdogscotty). I found it through Tim Kirkland (@t1m_kirkland), who shared the recipe after @coachvinococktails featured it in his “Summer of Amaro” series on YouTube. Rye provides plenty of oak and spice, while Amaro Nonino brings caramel, citrus, and a little stone fruit. The smaller measure of smoky Scotch adds peat without taking over. It moves from bright lemon and warm cinnamon into a bittersweet, lightly smoky finish.Cheers y’all!
