I stumbled across this cocktail through my friends Franzi & Alex (@drink.loving.couple). This twist on the famous Gimlet is delicious. Elderflower liqueur adds a beautiful floral note which works so well with the botanical gin. If you’re looking for more recipes that call for that bottle of St-Germain, this is it!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlgin
- 1½ oz · 45 mlelderflower liqueur
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lime juice
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with lime wheel.
