About
This cocktail was created by Sam Ross at Attaboy in New York City in 2017. It drinks like a fruitier Martini (that's not to say it's overly sweet), with the apricot adding a soft sweetness without taking over the gin. The dash of absinthe brings a subtle herbal note that lingers on the finish.Cheers y’all!
