Grasshopper
About
This cocktail is generally credited to Philibert Guichet of Tujague’s in New Orleans, who reportedly created it for a cocktail competition in New York City in 1918. The equal-parts build is basically mint chocolate in cocktail form, with the cream smoothing everything out and giving it that classic after-dinner feel. It is sweet, but that is very much the point.Cheers y’all!
