About
The Toddy is one of the older mixed-drink formats, with written references dating back to 1741. Early versions were simply spirit, sugar, and water and could be served hot or cold. The version most people know today adds lemon and honey, making it warm, tart, and easy to adjust depending on whichever whisk(e)y you reach for. A Hot Toddy always has me feeling better when I start coming down with a sore throat.Cheers y’all!
