This cocktail was created by Lewis Caputa (@lewcapu) at the Rosina Cocktail Lounge (@rosinacocktaillounge) in Las Vegas, NV. This one drinks like a bright M&M with a ginger bite. Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlmezcal
- 1 oz · 30 mlAmaro Montenegro
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlginger syrup
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a double rocks glass over large-format ice.

Garnish with candied ginger.
