This elevated aquavit sour was made by Connor Stehr (@shake_and_stehr). Stehr incorporates wonderful flavors here: orange, lemon, almonds, fresh herbs, and spices. Aquavit is a delightful Scandinavian spirit that varies in flavor profiles, but must contain caraway. Make sure you fine strain this one!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlaquavit
- ½ oz · 15 mlAperol
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlorgeat
- 6–8 mint leaves (+ more to garnish)
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with mint bouquet.
