This cocktail was created by Isaiah LaBelle (@onesipclub). It is bold, funky, and lush. Overproof Jamaican rum (Smith and Cross) brings the heat, while banana and Chartreuse add rich, herbal sweetness. Pineapple and lemon juice keep it bright and balanced.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mloverproof Jamaican rum
- 1 oz · 30 mlbanana liqueur
- 1 oz · 30 mlYellow Chartreuse
- 1 oz · 30 mlpineapple juice
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a BFC.

Garnish with a banana leaf (or lemon twist).
