Created by Scott Teague (@scottjamesteague) in 2015, this Death & Co. cocktail was made to be undeniably delicious. Teague shared it with David Kaplan and Phillip Kirschen-Clark, whose feedback inspired serving it over a BFC with soda, giving it an effervescent edge that made it a Death & Co. classic.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mllight rum (bartender suggests Planteray 3 Stars)
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlraspberry syrup
- ½ oz · 15 mlsimple syrup
- 1 tsp · 5 mlallspice dram
- 1½ oz · 45 mlsoda water, to top
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a BFC.
- 4
Top with soda water.
- 5
Garnish with lemon wheel.
