If you’ve never made this before, you’re missing out. The Saturn is by far the most popular gin-based tiki drink (and my partner’s favorite). In a rum-dominated field, this one stands out. I love trying all the variations when out and about with my partner. This can be served blended, shaken on crushed ice, or up.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlgin
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlfalernum
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lemon juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlorgeat
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlpassionfruit syrup
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
- 2
Add a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake.
- 3
Dump into glass.
- 4
Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with lemon peel wrapped maraschino cherry (to resemble Saturn’s rings).
