About
This cocktail was created by Phil Ward, though sources differ on exactly where and when. Death & Co. traces it to the bar in 2008, while Difford’s Guide credits a 2013 version at Mayahuel. It sits somewhere between a Dry Manhattan and a Black Manhattan, with Ramazzotti bringing dark citrus, cola, and herbal notes while the dry vermouth keeps it from feeling too rich.Cheers y’all!
