This is a delicious agave sipper by my friend Morten (@thecocktail.blog). This a straight forward and gently smoked treat for you on this Wednesday. Consider this a spring agave old fashioned.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mltequila
- ½ oz · 15 mlmezcal
- ⅓ oz · 10 mldry curaçao
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
- 2 dashesorange bitters
- orange peel oil
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.
- 3
Strain into rocks glass over a BFC.
- 4
Express orange peel over surface.
- 5
Garnish with orange twist.
