About
This cocktail was created by Mark Smith in 2000 and named after the 1971 movie of the same name. Sweet drinks get a bad rap, but there is a big difference between sweet because balance was forgotten and sweet because it belongs there. This one is the second kind. Cold brew gives it lift, coffee liqueur adds depth, and the Irish cream softens every edge, especially when you are using Five Farms. It is made with fresh cream from five family farms in County Cork, blended with Irish whiskey for a lush, silky sweetness. This drink lands somewhere between an Espresso Martini, a White Russian, and that creamy coffee cocktail you pretend you do not order but absolutely love.Cheers y’all!
