About
This one was created by Jordan Hughes. In this Old Fashioned riff, he uses butterfly pea-infused mezcal, giving it that bold smoky backbone and color. This is sweetened by Chareau and a hit of jalapeño agave syrup. The grapefruit bitters and lemon peel oil brighten everything up.Cheers y’all!

Ideally garnish with edible flower (I used a cucumber ribbon)*If you don’t want to infuse your mezcal (it doesn’t add flavor, just color), you can alternatively add butterfly pea flower extract when stirring to get that beautiful color!
