This Negroni has the addition of Arrack, an Indonesian sugarcane spirit akin to rum and cachaça, that ferments with red rice and indigenous yeast for a funky, lovely taste.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlBatavia Arrack
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mldry gin
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlCampari
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlsweet vermouth
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.
- 3
Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
