This White Negroni variation was created by Leo Robitschek (@lrobitschek) for The Hotel NoMad bar program. Here, the Peruvian spirit, Pisco, is highlighted. This one is floral, earthy, and oh so delicious. Stir this one up and enjoy!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlpisco
- 1 oz · 30 mlwhite vermouth
- 1 oz · 30 mlCocchi Americano
- orange peel oil
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a BFC.
- 4
Express orange peel oil over the surface.
- 5
Garnish with orange twist.
