This cocktail was created by my friend Ryan (@reallyicetomeetyou). He ups the gin and swaps out the maraschino liqueur for floral elderflower liqueur in this last word riff. The herbaceousness from the gin and Chartreuse work well with the elderflower. The foam adds nice mouthfeel.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlgin
- 1 oz · 30 mlGreen Chartreuse
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlelderflower liqueur
- 1 oz · 30 mlfresh lime juice
- 3 dashesfoamer
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
- 2
Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
- 4
Garnish with lime wheel and maraschino cherry.
