This drink is named after the Tuxedo Club in New York. It is a version of the classic Tuxedo cocktail (first documented in 1900). Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlgin
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mldry vermouth
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlmaraschino liqueur
- 3 dashesorange bitters
- absinthe, to rinse
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora that has been rinsed with absinthe.

Garnish with orange twist.
