About
This cocktail was created by Erin Jones (@efunke333) for Scotch Lodge (@scotchlodge) as part of Portland’s inaugural Espresso Martini Month (@espressomartinimonth). She was kind enough to share the recipe with me after I tried it at Scotch Lodge. It is a rich, nutty, coffee-forward build, with cachaça bringing a grassy backbone and the cherry liqueur adding a subtle fruit note. If you cannot find Combier Rouge, Cherry Heering will work, though the flavor will shift slightly.Cheers y’all!
