About
This cocktail was created by Mike “Juice” Treffehn (@mtreffehn) at Rum Club (@rumclubpdx) in Portland. It drinks like a tropical Martini, with a dry, spirit-forward base and just enough pineapple and coconut to soften the edges. The bitters leave a warm, spicy note on the finish. This is one of my partner's favorites from Rum Club.Cheers y’all!
