About
Created by Phil Ward in 2007 at Death & Co. (@deathandcompany), this is a tequila-driven riff on the Old Maid and Eastside family of cocktails. Cucumber and mint bring the familiar fresh backbone, while Yellow Chartreuse layers in depth and herbal intensity that sets it apart from the gin versions. Tequila gives the drink more weight and warmth, making it feel bolder while still clean and refreshing.Cheers y’all!
