I am loving the cocktail community on Threads. I recently acquired some Chartreuse and received many recommendations for new drinks to make with it. Thank you to @marriedwdinner for this one. This martini style cocktail comes from Jennifer Seidman and Dion Jardine at Acme Bar (Berkeley, CA).Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2½ oz · 75 mlSt. George Terroir Gin
- ½ oz · 15 mldry vermouth
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlYellow Chartreuse
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
- 1 dashorange bitters
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Express orange peel oil over surface.
- 5
Garnish orange twist.
