About
This cocktail was created by Martin Foys (@theginpennant) after being inspired by a drink he had at a bar built around similar ingredients. He ended up developing this version at home and even dedicated it to me, knowing how much Alaskas got me through grad school. It’s essentially an Alaska with a split base, where the blended Scotch adds a little weight and depth while keeping that classic profile intact. A really nice twist on a drink I already love.Cheers y’all!
