About
This one is by Adam of @soundtrackmydrink. He made it to honor a friend of his who passed away suddenly in 2020. Adam attributes his love of gin and all things bitter to her. He named this one after a line in a Tarantino film, “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.”Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlgin
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlsweet vermouth
- ½ oz · 15 mlCynar
- ½ oz · 15 mlAmaro Montenegro
- 3 dashesgrapefruit bitters
- 1 barspoonolive brine
- garnish with olives
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a BFC.
- 4
Garnish with skewered olives.
