Created by Brett Adams (@your.daily.brett) and Jacob Grier (@jacobgrier), and found in their book, “Raising The Bar.” A rich, complex Rob Roy riff that brings together scotch, chocolate, and Chartreuse in one spirit-forward sip. If you needed a reason to crack open that bottle of scotch, this is it.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlscotch
- 1 oz · 30 mlsweet vermouth
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlcrème de cacao
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlGreen Chartreuse
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
- 1 dashorange bitters
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora.

Express orange peel oil over surface.
- 5
Garnish with orange twist.
