About
I came up with this cocktail because a) I love espresso martinis and b) I made this delicious sesame miso orgeat from Kaitlyn Stewart's (@likeablecocktail) new book, Three Cheers. All the ingredients made sense in my head and using both a liqueur and a syrup pushed me toward an OP rum (I used Planteray OFTD). A pinch of salt brings everything into balance and the sesame miso adds a layer of umami I’m obsessed with.Cheers y’all!
