This one was created in 2019 by Dana Skinner for Dutch Kills (Long Island, NY). It is a spiced Oaxaca Old Fashioned riff named after the peaceful 1989 revolution in Czechoslovakia. It’s rich in chocolate, cinnamon, mint, and citrus, with the Czech Becherovka adding warm, herbal spice to tie it all together.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mltequila reposado
- ½ oz · 15 mlmezcal
- ½ oz · 15 mlBecherovka
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlcrème de cacao
- 2 dashesorange bitters
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a BFC.

Express grapefruit peel oil over the surface.
- 5
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
