About
This cocktail was created by Luke Andrews at The Whistler (@whistlerchicago) in Chicago and was included in Gaz Regan’s 101 Best New Cocktails 2015. The name comes from the familiar train announcement that service is delayed because there are workers on the tracks ahead. It drinks like a rye Old Fashioned taken in a more citrusy, herbal direction, with a soft honeyed sweetness underneath.Cheers y’all!
